Our preferred payment method is via BACS (Bank transfer). This is fast and secure for both us, and you the customer.

When sending a cheque, please include a letter with your contact details. Cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear our account, so please be patient.
Please note, we will not release any goods until cleared funds have been received.
We accept Paypal payments via our website. There is a limit to how much we can accept per transaction. Please contact us for more details.
We are happy to accept cash as a form of payment. If you wish to pay in cash, we would also require taking a copy of two forms of identification, such as a passport or driving licence, and recent utility bill.
We DO NOT charge for postage – This is on us!
All goods are securely packaged and checked before dispatch.
The majority of items will be dispatched within 3 working days after cleared payment has been received. For goods sent within the UK that are over £50 in value, we use Royal Mail Special delivery. This is a trackable service, guarantees next working day delivery, and insurance of up to £2,500 can be purchased. If the value of the goods is greater than £2,500, we will post in multiple packages.
Items with a value of less than £50 will be sent Royal Mail Recorded delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery.
All goods sold outside of the UK are sent Royal Mail International Signed-for. Up to £250 insurance per package can be purchased (Depending upon the location, and whether the item is on the Royal Mails exempt list), and the recipients signature is required upon delivery.
International buyers – We are able to use an alternative courier, such as Fedex if you require. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
We believe in being honest with buyers, therefore all of our items will be described as accurately as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in contact. We will gladly offer a full refund upon return of the goods (Apart from bullion related items), up to 7 days after delivery. Returned goods must be in the same condition as they were sold.
Due to fluctuating precious metal prices, We are unable to offer refunds on any bullion related coins. These include any 'Bullion' items, such as Gold bars/Sovereigns/Krugerrands.
